SYP4509 Popped chips machine test
This is a test using the SYP4509 popped chips machine model.
We tested the SYP4509 model using rice and beans sent from Guatemala.
Popped chips were produced and beans were mixed with rice about 5%.
SYP4509 Popped chips machine
This model makes 45mm (about 1.77 inches) popped cakes or chips. Mainly rice, corn or other grains, pellets, etc. are used to make popped cake or chip products.
This model can produce 3,240-4,050 pcs rice cake or chips per hour.
Making popped chips with rice, chickpea & pink bean
As a result of the test, we were able to stably produce Popped chips products. chickpea and pink beans were used after grinding.
Making popped chips with rice, black bean & green bean
As a result of the test, we were able to stably produce Popped chips products.
black bean and green beans were used after grinding.
In addition, it is possible to produce cake type or chip type products with different surface textures by changing the setting in the same machine as picture below.
